Kamy Sepehrnoori
Kamy Sepehrnoori is a faculty member at The University of Texas at Austin’s Hildebrand Department of Petroleum and Geosystems Engineering, where he holds the Texaco Centennial Chair in Petroleum Engineering. His research focuses on various areas, including reservoir simulation, enhanced oil recovery, flow assurance, computational methods, naturally fractured reservoirs, high-performance computing, CO2 sequestration, and geological hydrogen storage. He has made significant contributions to the field, publishing over 750 articles in reputable journals and conference proceedings. Additionally, he has coauthored 4 books on these subjects. Dr Sepehrnoori received his BS, MSE, and PhD degrees from The University of Texas at Austin.

Mojdeh Delshad
Mojdeh Delshad is a research professor in the Hildebrand Department of Petroleum and Geosystems Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin. Her research interests lie in the fields of hydrogen storage in geological formations, CO2 storage and utilization (CCS and CCUS), and gas and chemical enhanced oil recovery. With an impressive 27 years of experience, she specializes in modeling multiphase flow, fluid property modeling, and reservoir simulation for enhanced oil recovery processes. Dr Delshad earned her BS degree in chemical engineering from Sharif University of Technology, followed by MS and PhD degrees in petroleum engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

Jijun Miao
Jijun Miao is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SimTech as well as a research advisor in the Hildebrand Department of Petroleum and Geosystems Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin. His research focuses on fracture characteristics, reservoir modeling and simulation, as well as embedded discrete fracture model (EDFM) development and application. With over a decade of hands-on experience in the oilfield for oil and gas exploration and development, Dr Miao has successfully led multi-disciplinary research teams involved in various national R&D programs. He has contributed to the field through the publication of more than 35 technical papers and holds a patent. Dr Miao earned his PhD degree in petroleum exploration from The Research Institute of Petroleum Exploration & Development, PetroChina.

Wei Yu
Wei Yu is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of SimTech who also holds the position of Associate Editor for both the SPE Journal and the Journal of Petroleum Science and Engineering. His research revolves around the innovative application of EDFM technology for modeling intricate fractures, as well as EDFM-AI for automated history matching. With a notable contribution to the field, Dr Yu has published over 150 technical papers and authored three books. He holds a PhD degree in petroleum engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
